First things first, talk to a physical therapist or doctor who knows your specific injury, because kickboxing puts a lot of stress on the knees with all the twisting and kicking. That said, plenty of people train with limitations by adapting their exercises - you can work a lot with your hands, do controlled kicks without full impact, or focus on slow technique instead of speed. If you're really drawn to the sport, it's worth exploring those options with a trainer who understands your situation, but without a medical professional's clearance it's risky to put your knee through that.
