Microcement and tile aren't really comparable things, because they're different finishing approaches rather than just different price options for the same thing. Microcement does look stylish and creates a sense of solidity, but in a bathroom it requires constant maintenance: you need to regularly refresh the protective coating (wax or polyurethane), otherwise it'll start absorbing moisture and can darken or develop hairline cracks. Money-wise it'll cost about the same as good tile or even more, considering you need a specialist to apply it and periodic updates to the protective layer.
If you're ready for that maintenance and you want that minimalist look without grout lines, then yeah, it's worth it. But if you're counting on tile-level hassle-free living - honestly, you're better off sticking with tile.
