It depends on which model you're looking at and how much you want to spend? Because the Oral-B catalog is huge and the differences are pretty significant.
The basic versions like the Vitality still work really well if you're just looking for something that cleans better than a manual toothbrush. You can find it at a low price and it does its job. But if you want the Genius or the iO with all the sensors, smart cleaning and super advanced brush heads, then you're paying a lot more but you get stuff that actually notices when you're brushing badly and tells you.
