Meteorologists canceled the cold snap in Moscow - what's the weather actually going to be like in September?

The weather forecast suddenly changed, and the cold snap won't happen. A lot of Muscovites were already getting ready to pull out their warm clothes, but it turns out we don't need to. I wonder what the weather will actually be like for us.

I've noticed the same thing at our dacha - September this year is dragging on, it's warmer than usual, the nights still aren't cold. Forecasts tend to change a lot during the off-season because the weather's unstable: one anticyclone moves in, another breaks up, and suddenly you've got a completely different picture.
