Morning sickness at 5 months into pregnancy is less common than in the first trimester, but it can still happen and doesn't necessarily mean something's wrong. Some people have it throughout their whole pregnancy, others only the first few weeks, and some don't feel it at all. It really depends on how your body reacts, what you ate, whether you slept well, stress... there are a ton of factors.
That said, if the nausea is new or suddenly got worse at this stage, or if it comes with other weird stuff (sharp pain, fever, changes in your urine), then yeah, it'd be worth mentioning to your doctor at your next appointment or calling if you're worried. But if it's just that morning queasiness like "ugh I don't even want to look at food," you're probably in the normal range 😅
What sometimes helps is eating something light as soon as you wake up (crackers, fruit, toast), staying well hydrated, and avoiding smells or foods that make you feel sick. Some supplements like ginger or vitamin B6 work for people, but ask your doctor first before trying anything.
A friend of mine had nausea until her sixth month and her doctor told her it was completely normal, especially if she was also tired or wasn't eating well during the day. What she did was eat something light every two hours instead of three big meals, and that helped her a lot. If you don't have any other weird symptoms (like bleeding or severe pain), it's probably just your body still adjusting, but of course it's worth mentioning at your next appointment to put your mind at ease.
