I have a Dell G15 from two years ago and ever since I started playing Palworld it heats up like crazy. I can literally feel the heat on the keyboard and the performance drops after like half an hour. Is that normal or do I need to clean the fans? Is there anything I can do without taking it to a technician?
Palworld is pretty demanding, and your two-year-old notebook probably has dust-clogged fans, so cleaning them is the first thing you should do before anything else. In the meantime, you can lower the resolution and graphics settings, enable an FPS cap so it doesn't overheat as much, and make sure it's on a flat surface that allows air circulation (don't use it on a bed or pillow).
