Almond milk lasts longer once opened, like a week or two in the fridge if it's in a well-sealed bottle. Oat milk tends to separate and get weird faster, maybe around a week. It also depends on whether it has preservatives or not, but generally almond milk holds up better.

Don't leave either one open for more than a week if you want to avoid nasty surprises. At my place, almond milk holds up pretty well for ten days or more in the fridge, but oat milk starts to separate and smells off after a week, so I end up tossing it.
