I live in central Milan and I'm tired of always running the same route. I tried Parco Sempione but it's always crowded. I know the Navigli too but the banks aren't always comfortable. I'd like to discover new routes without the risk of traffic.
Try the Biblioteca degli Alberi Park near Porta Nuova, it's way less crowded than Sempione and you've got lots of different routes to do, or head towards Parco Lambro from the Porta Venezia area, you'll find long peaceful paths away from traffic there. If you want something more special check out Parco Nord too, it's a bit outside the center but it's really worth it, especially in the areas towards Sesto San Giovanni where there's basically nobody around.
