What export format should I choose for fast rendering?

It's not really about the format, it depends mostly on what you do after - if you just want to watch it quickly, something like H.264 in MP4 is generally faster to encode than ProRes or ultra quality. But if you're working in post-production, sometimes it's actually quicker in the end to sacrifice a bit of export time to get a format that's easier to work with.
