For TikTok there's no point in killing yourself with crazy resolutions! 1080x1920 is really the sweet spot, you'll get crystal clear quality without it being massive. I often do bakery content to show off my creations and I've noticed that TikTok compresses videos anyway, so don't go over that or you'll just waste storage space. Just make sure it's in vertical format (9:16), that's where you'll get the best look on the app!

1080p is the bare minimum, but TikTok compresses so much that even in 4K it's gonna be degraded. I'd say export in 1080p/60fps at least, it looks good on the app.
