What I'd do is stop jumping between apps and commit to just one for at least three more months, because consistency matters way more than which platform you use.

Duolingo works fine for the basics, but if you really want to practice actual English, combine it with YouTube videos in English (start with channels that speak slowly or with English subtitles) and find yourself a Discord server or a free conversation group where you can chat with other people.

The most important thing is that you really expose your ear and your eyes to the language all day, not just 10 minutes in an app, so take advantage of free podcasts, series with subtitles, or whatever interests you in English.

Duolingo is fine, but what's really going to speed things up is finding English content you actually love - podcasts, YouTube channels, series - and consuming it every day without pressure!

I combined Duolingo with watching content that interested me, and that made a huge difference, because your brain absorbs so much more when you're not just doing repetitive exercises.

The app gives you structure, but real content teaches you how people actually speak in practice, so if you dedicate even 20 minutes a day to something you enjoy alongside Duolingo, you're going to notice real changes.
