Start with "Programmieren Starten" - they explain the basics really well and in an understandable way! Otherwise "Brackeys" (for game development) and "The Net Ninja" are super popular, even though the latter is in English - but the videos are still great for learning!
If you want to get started with web development, it's worth checking out "Traversy Media" - that guy explains HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a really structured way and works on actual projects. That's way more practical than just theory videos, because you see right away what you need things for.
For more specific topics like Python or data structures, "CS Dojo" and "Abdul Bari" are pretty solid. With the latter, you've got to actively think along - the videos are dense, but you actually learn something that way. Depending on which language interests you, it might also make sense to focus on channels that specialize in just one language instead of mixing everything together.
Join in on that and check out "Code with Harry" if you'd rather start from absolute scratch - he makes videos on Python and web development that are really well-structured, without going off on too many tangents. It actually helped me not feel completely lost right away.
