Monterrey is the capital of Nuevo León. It's a pretty big city in northern Mexico, very lively and with a lot of modern architecture. I've driven through there several times with passengers and there are always good spots to take pictures, especially at sunset.
Monterrey is the capital of Nuevo León. It's the third largest city in Mexico, with something like 4 million people in the metropolitan area. The truth is I haven't been there yet, but I'm eager to explore the rivers in the area when I have some free time from my work as a paramedic.
