Do you mean legends from the internet or the ones people tell each other?
If it's about the internet, stuff pops up there constantly. I remember five or six years ago there was this huge hype about "black tourists" - supposedly people who come to cities and perform weird rituals. Then they started telling stories about all kinds of entities in the metro and apartment building entrances. Over the past couple of years there've been tons of legends about sinister social media accounts that supposedly find people and do something to them. Plus there are constantly these stories about "the quiet house" or abandoned places with ghosts - that's already classic stuff, but it's about new locations in every city.
From more recent ones - a wave of stories about silence and strange phenomena connected to technology. Like, supposedly certain apps are listening to people or watching them. In 2024-2025 people talked a lot about city projects and secret underground passages beneath major megacities. That's already turning into conspiracy theory, but they call it a legend.
Overall, if we're not counting the internet, the most persistent legends are still the old ones - about specific apartment entrances, metro stations, floors in apartment buildings. Young people pass them down from generation to generation, adding local details. New stuff rarely appears, mostly the old gets transformed.
