Before you even think about painting you really need to fix the humidity problem first or you'll just redo the whole thing in 6 months, I'm telling you from experience. I'd recommend an anti-humidity primer or something like Zinsser sealant, it grips really well on wet surfaces and it stops mold from coming back. After that you gotta use a special bathroom paint with good moisture resistance, not just regular paint. And one more time mate, it's really important to ventilate your bathroom properly after, otherwise even the best primer can't do anything about it.
