Don't just rely on the "hypoallergenic" label because a lot of brands say that and it's not a guarantee. If you've already tried Pampers without luck, it's worth trying more basic brands like Huggies Little Snugglers or even store brands that have fewer chemicals - sometimes they work better for irritated skin. What really helps is changing the diaper more often (even though it sounds obvious), letting the skin breathe for a bit without a diaper, and using a decent barrier cream between changes. That often solves more than switching brands.
