What's the best disinfectant to use for cleaning with a robot vacuum?
I recently bought a robot vacuum and I'd like to go over it with a damp cloth afterward in areas with more germs. What do you recommend that's safe for the floor?

Most floors can't handle very strong disinfectant, so the ideal thing is to dilute it a lot in water - like one part disinfectant to about ten parts water, depending on the product. Any common disinfectant like Dettol or even water with a bit of alcohol works fine, the important thing is not to leave the cloth too soaked so you don't damage the floor or mess up the robot if it goes over it. If your floor is wood or laminate, then it's even better to just use warm water with a drop of dish soap, because disinfectant can stain. A well-wrung cloth is the secret to not having any problems.
