Any decent brand like Balay, Arçelik or even the cheaper ones work fine if the oven has stable temperature and good insulation - what really matters is knowing your specific oven, because each one bakes differently.
I have a Balay that I got second-hand and it took me a while to figure out that it heats up faster in the back area, so now I always know to turn the cake halfway through baking.
If you're thinking about buying a new one, don't blow all your money on premium brands; look for real reviews from people who have them and try out simpler recipes before you do something complicated.
