I'm trying to get organized to take the ENEM this year, but there are so many apps and websites promising results. Some classmates recommend Khan Academy, others say the Free ENEM Course on YouTube is really good. Which one do you guys think actually works?

No platform is magic on its own, what really works is you picking one and going all in on it instead of jumping from app to app. khan academy and free enem courses are good but they serve different purposes - khan is more organized and structured while youtube is more laid-back and covers specific topics. the best thing is to combine both, use one for your foundation and the other to clear up specific doubts, and then actually work through practice tests and past enem questions - that's really where you see if you're actually getting it or not.

The biggest mistake is thinking one single platform will solve everything - you need to combine sources, not keep switching between them every week. Khan Academy is solid for understanding concepts, but the ENEM tests more interpretation and context, so you should complement it with questions from past exams (which are free everywhere) and watch specific videos about the exam's trick questions, which no platform really teaches well.

People who passed usually say what matters is doing a lot of practice questions, not just watching lectures. Pick a solid theoretical base (could be Khan, could be YouTube, doesn't really matter) and then spend most of your time solving old ENEM exams, analyzing why you got stuff wrong.
