What's the cheapest GPU to play competitive shooters at 144fps?

You'll want to look at what resolution and which shooter you're targeting, because a used RTX 3060 or 4060 can hit 144fps in most competitive titles like Valorant or CS2 at 1080p medium settings, and they're pretty affordable on the used market these days. New entry-level options like the RTX 4060 Ti aren't that pricey either if you want warranty peace of mind. The real factor is your CPU - a weak processor will bottleneck even a decent GPU, so make sure that's not holding you back before you spend money on graphics hardware.
