We had the same issue in our house :( First check if the shut-off valves at the inlet are open and whether the aerator on the faucet is clogged - sometimes just cleaning it helps.
If that doesn't work, the problem is most likely in the riser or supply pipe, then you need to call a plumber or the management company to figure it out.
I'd recommend first calling the neighbors above and below you, maybe they also have low water pressure - if they do, then it's not your problem 😅
First, check if the water supply valve is closed and if there are any leaks in the pipes - those are the most common reasons. If everything's fine, call your management company, it could be an issue with the building's main water system.
