When's the best time to buy a graphics card if the price keeps jumping every week?

Graphics cards are sensitive to exchange rates, product availability, and seasonal demand spikes, so prices really do fluctuate. Usually the best deals show up at the end of the season (late fall, early winter), when demand drops and stores are making room for new models. If you're not in a hurry, it makes sense to wait for Black Friday or similar sales.

But there's another approach: if you need a graphics card right now, you won't keep waiting for something cheaper forever. In those cases, it's better to track prices over a week or two (just add the product to your favorites at 2-3 major stores and check every day) to catch a local low. Usually that happens faster than waiting for a massive sale.

One more tip: check if the previous generation graphics cards are in stock - they're cheaper and the difference in games is often negligible. And don't rush to buy before new models hit mass market: once a fresh lineup arrives, prices on the old ones drop even further.
