Don't fall for the trap of thinking FDM will give you the detail you want for scale modeling with that budget - it gets frustrating later.
If you're really set on spending up to €300, go for an Anycubic Photon Mono or something similar - resin works way better for small, detailed pieces.
The trick that nobody really talks about is starting with cheap generic resin to test and dial in your settings before splurging on premium resin - you'll save money and learn your equipment without the stress of burning cash.
Another thing, factor in that you're gonna need decent ventilation and some PPE because resin is no joke, so that cost counts too.
