Which presser foot should I use for sewing stretchy fabrics like neoprene?

The presser foot isn't the main thing here - what really matters is the right needle and thread tension. For neoprene, I'd suggest getting a special presser foot for elastic fabrics (with a moving platform) or at least a Teflon one, so the material doesn't stick and feeds properly under the presser.
