To digitize records, you need a turntable with USB output or the ability to connect to a computer - there are plenty of those for sale, from budget options to decent ones. The thing is, it's not so much about the turntable itself as it is about the sound quality you want to get: if you want maximum detail, it makes sense to go for a better model with a proper cartridge, otherwise you'll just miss half the nuances from the records. Also check whether recording software is included or if you need to buy it separately - sometimes it's easier to get something simpler and buy a decent audio editor like Audacity on top of that.
If you already have a turntable you love and it sounds good, don't rush to replace it - just connect it through a regular phono preamp to your computer's sound card or an external audio interface. The digitization quality is often better than those built-in USB turntables. And here's a lifehack: record the vinyl at double speed, then slow it back down in your DAW - that way the noise and clicks become way less noticeable, because the stylus spends less time in each scratch.
