Which wrist support helps with prolonged typing at the PC?

I sit at my desk all day for work and my wrists are hurting more and more, especially when I'm typing emails and documents. I'm looking for an ergonomic wrist support that I can wear under the desk without it being too noticeable. Has anyone here had good experience with something like that?

what's actually more important is your basic setup at the desk - wrist supports are often just a band-aid. check out your keyboard and monitor height, your wrists should stay neutral when typing, so neither bent down nor stretched back. if you can't get that right, neoprene braces can help, they're inconspicuous and pretty cheap, but real improvement only comes once you adjust the ergonomics at your workspace. if worst comes to worst, try an ergonomic standing desk - lots of companies support that kind of thing.
