I've had my AirPods Pro for a few months now and lately they keep disconnecting on their own, even though Bluetooth is turned on. I've got an iPhone 15 and I just updated to the latest iOS version. Is this normal or do I have some kind of configuration issue?
It's probably the iOS update thing, which sometimes causes weird Bluetooth conflicts. First off, try forgetting the AirPods in your Bluetooth settings and pairing them again from scratch, because that fixes random disconnections a lot of the time. If it keeps happening after that, try resetting the AirPods by holding the case in your hand, pressing the button on the back for about 15 seconds until the light turns white, and then pair them like they're new. Do you notice if they disconnect especially when your iPhone is connected to wifi, or does it happen all the time, even on mobile data?
