Check your PC's time and date - this is often the culprit. If they're wrong, the browser thinks the website's SSL certificate has expired or is invalid, so it gives you the insecure connection warning. Go to Settings > Time & Language (or something similar, depends on your OS) and verify they're correct. If you find they were off, fix them and restart your browser.
If the time is fine, then try actually clearing your cache - not just the browser cache but also certificates and site data. On Chrome go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data, select everything and the time period "All time". On Firefox it's similar. Then restart your PC and check again.
If the problem persists, it could be an antivirus or firewall interfering with HTTPS connections - some really invasive protection software does this. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus (not Windows Defender, I mean if you have a third-party one) and see if anything changes. If it works, then that's the culprit and you'll need to configure it better or decide whether to keep it. Real viruses usually show other symptoms first, like weird slowdowns or ads everywhere, not just SSL warnings.
