Eye twitches - usually the lower eyelid - are almost always caused by stress, caffeine, lack of sleep, or eye strain, and they almost always go away on their own within days or weeks. The best fix is pretty straightforward: cut back on caffeine if you're drinking a lot, get more sleep, and give your eyes breaks from screens. If it persists for more than a couple weeks or affects your vision, that's worth getting checked out, but random twitching that comes and goes is usually nothing serious.
