Do you have multiple layers in your Dockerfile and are you changing something early on? That's usually the problem - Docker caches the layers, but as soon as a line changes, everything after it has to be rebuilt. Try to organize your commands so that the stuff that changes often (like your code) comes at the very end, and the stable parts (installing dependencies, system packages) go further up. Also, you should only use `docker build --no-cache` when you really have to, otherwise you're just slowing yourself down.
