That really sounds like a problem with the paper feed or the rollers. With my customers who have HP Envy printers, that was the case 90% of the time - the feed rollers get dirty or worn over time and then don't grip the paper evenly anymore, so it goes in at an angle. Check if there are paper fibers or dust stuck in the feed area, and also make sure the paper support is properly locked in place. If everything's clean, I'd wipe the feed rollers myself with a damp cloth (not wet!) - surprisingly a lot of stuff accumulates there. Should work after that, but if nothing helps after all, then a roller is probably worn out and needs to be replaced.
