The easiest way is using Google's built-in transfer tool. When you set up your new phone, it'll ask if you want to restore from a backup during the initial setup - just sign in with the same Google account you used on the old phone and let it do its thing. This handles your apps, contacts, calendar, photos, messages, and most settings automatically. Pretty seamless if everything's been syncing to your Google account already.
If you want more control or didn't have good backups, you can also use a cable transfer method. Some phones have a "Switch to Android" or similar app that lets you connect both devices and move data directly. You can also manually back up specific stuff - photos and videos to Google Photos, messages using SMS backup apps if needed, call logs through various apps. It's more work but gives you a chance to clean things up and not transfer junk you don't need anymore.
One thing to keep in mind: make sure your old phone is fully charged and connected to WiFi during the process, especially if you're doing a large backup.
