Do you work a lot at the screen at night or more during the day? That matters because blue light filters mainly have an effect when you use them in the evening - they can help you fall asleep better at night because they interfere less with melatonin production. For pure eye strain during the day, the glasses honestly don't do much, since breaks, blinking frequency, and screen distance play a bigger role. Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. That'll probably help you more than any glasses would.
