I want to redo my living room, the walls aren't perfect, there are some small defects. I heard that fiberglass wallpaper covers that stuff up well. Is that actually true or is it just marketing? And how long do they even last?
Fiberglass wallpaper does help hide small defects thanks to its texture, but it won't be able to completely mask serious unevenness - you'll still need to level the walls for that. They last quite a long time and you can repaint them many times over, so the investment is worth it if the defects are really just minor ones.
