Does the Dacia Sandero need suspension service every year?

ricardo66 ES 🌱 Newbie 👁 88 ⚑ Report Suspension

I have a 2022 Sandero and lately I've noticed that bumps feel more pronounced, like the shock absorbers aren't absorbing as much. Should I take it in for a suspension check now or wait until 100,000 km? The car has around 65,000 km on it right now.

Do you notice the car bouncing more or are you just feeling the bumps more? Because annual suspension service isn't mandatory on the Sandero, but if the shock absorbers have really lost their damping capacity, you shouldn't wait until 100,000 km. At 65,000 km and with the change you're describing, it's worth having a mechanic take a look; shock absorbers wear out depending on how you drive and the roads you use, not just mileage. If it's still under warranty, you'd better head to the dealership so they can check it for free.
