Tower of Fantasy is a pretty demanding game when it comes to resources, so lag on a mid-range phone is normal. Try lowering the graphics in the settings: screen resolution, texture quality, turn off particle effects. If it still lags after that, it just means your phone isn't quite powerful enough to run this game smoothly - so you'd either have to accept lower settings or play less demanding games instead.

What phone do you have exactly? :) The thing is, even a "mid-range" can vary a lot - if the processor is pretty weak or you don't have much RAM, it's gonna lag even with all the settings turned down. You should also try closing background apps before you play and clearing the cache - sometimes that helps more than lowering the graphics.

sofiya_tsvetovod asker Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, 6GB RAM. I've already cleared the cache, I close background apps - it still lags on locations with lots of enemies.

Try lowering the frame rate to 30 FPS instead of 60 - that'll give you a noticeable boost in performance, though the gameplay will be a bit less smooth! If that doesn't help either, you should close background apps before playing, because even a mid-range phone gets clogged up with all kinds of junk that eats up your RAM.
