The problem isn't really with the hamster - Dwarf hamsters are nocturnal, that's totally normal for the species. The noise is more of a challenge for you, not for him. But there are definitely a few things you can do.
The wheel is probably the most important thing. A cheap plastic wheel with ridges or one that doesn't fit properly makes way more noise. Make sure you get a good running wheel with a diameter of at least 20 cm - the bigger, the better, so your hamster doesn't run at some weird angle. Wood or metal wheels are usually quieter than cheap plastic ones. You should also put the wheel on a soft surface, like foam or an old mat - that dampens the vibrations. Some people also use carpets or yoga mats to absorb the sounds.
Second, you can move the cage further away from your bed if possible. Even a few meters help. And your hamster sleeps during the night anyway, so you don't need to see him - you can put him in the living room if it's less disruptive there. The important thing is: don't try to make him less active at night or remove the wheel, because then he'll get stressed and destroy other stuff.
