How do I check my actual internet speed?
I constantly see a promise of 100 Mbps in my contract with the provider, but when I check on Speedtest, I get much less. Maybe I'm measuring something wrong or the provider is ripping me off?

Don't rely on a single Speedtest check - the results fluctuate depending on network load and connection quality at that moment. Run a speed test several times at different times of day, ideally through different services (like Yandex.Internetometer), and then compare your average result with your contract - providers typically guarantee average speed, not peak speed.
