What's missing here is a source of carbs and fat to really stick with you - homemade croutons, toasted bread, cold pasta or even some leftover rice if you've got it in the fridge, it makes a huge difference. Throw your tomatoes and lettuce in a bowl, add your eggs cut into quarters and cheese in chunks, then toss your croutons or pasta on top right before you eat so they stay crispy. A basic vinaigrette (oil, vinegar, a dash of mustard) and you've got something that actually fills you up, not just a pile of leaves that disappears in your stomach.

It's not really about what you've got in the fridge, a good salad fills you up if you build it right. With your tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and eggs, you've already got solid basics - just add something with protein or good fats (a hard-boiled egg is already pretty decent for that). If you've got nuts, seeds or even just some olive oil in your dressing, it changes everything for satiety. Cheese also brings fat that makes you feel full longer, so don't hesitate to put a good portion of it in.

I often have the same problem on Sundays when I need to clear out the fridge before I go shopping - with what you're describing you're pretty well stocked, but if you really want it to stick with you, try adding a protein on top of the eggs, like leftover chicken, canned tuna, or even beans/chickpeas if you have any lying around. For actually feeling full, it's also key to have something crunchy that really satisfies - crumbled stale bread, nuts, seeds if you've got them, it makes all the difference.

The other thing that helps is a dressing that's at least generously proportioned with a bit of oil, it makes the salad feel less "empty" psychologically and helps you stay full longer. After that mix it all together properly, so it's not just stuff piled on top of each other.
