How to get a Wildberries package faster: choose delivery or pickup?

I order from WB pretty often, but the delivery times seem long to me. I noticed you can choose a pickup point or courier delivery. Has anyone had experience with this - does pickup actually arrive faster? And where are these pickup points usually located?
