You shouldn't agree to this without putting it in writing. Legally, the company is obligated to provide you with the necessary equipment to work - in this case a device or at least compensate you for using yours - and many jurisdictions require that any monitoring software be installed on company equipment, not on personal devices for privacy reasons. What your boss is doing is illegal labor pressure, so document everything (emails, messages, witnesses) and consult with an employment lawyer or your union before you do anything. If they insist, consider reporting it to your country's labor authority, because this clearly violates your rights.
