Don't believe that nonsense about Bluetooth hurting your performance or health - that's an old myth with no basis. Bluetooth earbuds are super practical for the gym, they stay in your ear without getting in the way of your movements, you get way better sound than with wired ones, and it's safer because there's no cable that can get caught on a machine or weight. The only real thing to watch out for is keeping the volume at a reasonable level so you don't damage your hearing long-term, but that goes for any type of earbuds. Totally worth it, honestly.

Have you actually tested a wired headphone to see if it really gets in the way, or is it more anticipatory worry? Bluetooth is smooth enough, but what a lot of people don't mention is that some cheap gym headphones disconnect all the time if you get too far from your phone, so if your bag is too far away you might have a problem - it's worth investing in one with good connectivity to avoid getting frustrated during your workout.

sofia.carvalho asker Good point! 😅 The bag is like 5-10 meters away, so I'll definitely look for one with good connection range. Thanks!

what's your budget for that? bluetooth doesn't hurt anything, but the thing nobody mentions is that wired headphones don't get in the way nearly as much as you'd think if you just clip the cable to your shirt with a small clip or run it behind your neck - that way it's not bouncing around loose and you save your phone's battery.

sofia.carvalho asker My budget is around R$ 200-300, but I think bluetooth is worth it more for the convenience anyway 🎧
