LED or QLED - which technology should I choose?

Don't stress yourself out over this choice! QLED is basically just LED with quantum dots to improve color and brightness, not some revolutionary technology. If your budget allows and you need a bright, high-contrast screen with vivid colors, go for QLED, especially for a well-lit room. For everything else, regular LED will work great and cost you less!

The difference is mainly noticeable in bright scenes and when viewing from the side - QLED holds color better. But if you're watching TV shows in the evening with the lights off or movies with dark scenes, honestly, it's not worth overpaying for! Regular LED will show everything just fine, and the contrast will be good.

I'd recommend just going to a store and comparing two models side by side - one LED, one QLED roughly the same size. You'll immediately know if the price difference is worth it for you or not! And pay attention to other specs too - refresh rate, number of ports, sound quality. Sometimes these little things are way more annoying than the type of backlighting.
