Has it been a while since you last cleaned it? Try doing it multiple times in a row, maybe with a fresh ink cartridge, because sometimes you really need to keep at it. If the line persists, it could be the pressure roller that's gotten damaged or clogged with paper debris, and unfortunately that's when you need a technician because it's not something you can fix at home.

When you cleaned the printheads, did you use regular paper or the specific kind recommended in the manual? 🤔 Because people often repeat the printhead cleaning but the problem stays if there's dirt in the paper feed roller, which software cleaning doesn't touch. Try turning everything off, wait a bit, and then turn it back on while doing a deep clean (not just the quick one) - maybe two or three times in a row like the other person said. The only thing to watch out for: if you notice the line already shows up in the printer's internal test cycles, then it's really a hardware fault and at that point you'll unfortunately need to call support 😅

Stefano_1977 asker Regular paper, never thought about the roller. I'll try the deep clean, thanks.
