My car is leaking oil from the shock absorbers, is it serious?

Are you losing a lot or just a few drops here and there? If it's just a little, it's sometimes normal for them to weep a bit over time, but if it's losing quite a bit, your shock absorbers might be worn out and would need a checkup soon before it affects your suspension.
