My boiler is a Ferroli from about 5 years ago and a month ago it started acting weird. The water temperature comes up but not as hot as it used to be, and the radiators around the house are just lukewarm. Is that normal or do I need to call a technician? How much does it cost to fix these things?
That's not normal and you definitely need to call a technician, it's not something that fixes itself! It could be something simple like air in the pipes or a stuck valve, but it could also be a dirty burner or a pressure problem. Prices vary quite a bit depending on what exactly it is, but normally the service call runs around 60 - 100 euros and then if it needs parts it goes up from there, though a lot of small repairs don't cost a fortune. A 5-year-old boiler shouldn't be like this, so you better get a professional to check it out as soon as possible before it gets worse!
