What people often forget is that employers don't just look at your certification - they want to see that you've actually practiced! An accelerated program gives you the basics, but if you're looking for a real job in a competitive field, you're going to be up against people with experience. You need to plan time to build a portfolio or concrete projects after the training, otherwise you'll be stuck on entry-level positions or you'll struggle in interviews!
It's mostly a question of the field and what you're really after - a three-month plumbing course will get you ready to work, but one in web development or accounting is way more hit-or-miss without solid experience beforehand. Better to look at sectors that are short on labor where employers actually trust short certifications.
