Big brands like Bosch, AEG, or Siemens have released models with cycles that run between 30 and 45 minutes for fine fabrics, without losing washing effectiveness. The key is that they use less spinning and mechanical agitation in those programs. If you can, pick one that has a load sensor, because it adjusts the time based on what you put inside and doesn't unnecessarily extend the cycle.
Another tip: pretty much any current washing machine with a "delicate fabric" or "gentle cycle" option will probably work fine for you if you also use mesh bags for especially fragile items (lace, silks, stuff like that). What really does matter is the machine's capacity, because an overstuffed one is going to damage your clothes even if you've got the best program in the world. And of course, always use detergent made specifically for delicates or at least a neutral one - not your usual everyday detergent for regular clothes.
