Face and eyes - that's what people look at first, it's just nature. But they notice not just beauty or age, but specifically facial expression, how open the gaze is, the smile. If someone frowns or avoids eye contact, it creates a feeling of being closed off, even if everything else is fine. I've seen it so many times: two friends in identical outfits, but one has light in her eyes and smiles - she seems more beautiful simply because her face is alive.

Then people pay attention to posture and overall body language. A person can wear expensive clothes, but if they're hunched over and looking at the ground, the impression falls apart. On the flip side, a straight back and confident movements - and even in a plain dress a person looks more dignified. This works both ways: nervous fidgeting or, conversely, icy coldness also get picked up right away.

The third thing is how well-groomed someone is. Hairstyle, clean hands, neat clothes don't have to be expensive, but neglect is noticed instantly. I'm not talking about makeup or manicures - I mean basic self-care. When you see that someone took care even with the small things, it says something about their respect for those around them and for themselves. First impressions are made up of all these little details, and they stick in your head for a long time afterward.

Posture and movement - that's what I notice first, even before the face! I was recently photographing an event, and when people entered the hall, I instinctively followed with my camera those who held themselves confidently, with a straight back - they seemed more interesting for the shot, even though I hadn't even seen their faces yet. Hunched shoulders and fidgety movements create a completely different impression, even if the person is absolutely beautiful.
