With my first kid I didn't really start showing until around 16-17 weeks, so you're pretty much right on schedule honestly. Everyone's different though - like my mate showed at like 10 weeks and I was jealous lol, but then I had another friend who didn't look properly pregnant until like 5-6 months in. It's wild how varied it can be.
First-time mums do sometimes take a bit longer because your abdominal muscles haven't been stretched out before, so there's more resistance there. Plus it depends on your body type, how much bloating you naturally get, where you carry weight, all that stuff. At 14 weeks you're still super early - a lot of what you're seeing is probably just bloat and water retention rather than actual bump. The actual visible bump tends to show more once you hit around the 16-20 week mark when the uterus is getting bigger and starting to push outward more noticeably.
One thing I'd say is don't stress about it. Some people love the bump and some people are relieved they don't show early. Both are totally normal. Your body will do its thing when it's ready. By like 6-7 months you'll probably wish you had that "just bloated" look back tbh, so enjoy it while it lasts. The bump will come, trust me.
